Fawkner Amateurs - Honouring the Past
With the weekend behind us, we look ahead to Round 7 and our very much anticipated matchup between competition powerhouse, Oak Park Community Sports Association at The Colosseum Charles Mutton Reserve.
The day will be a very special day for all involved at the Saints, especially for one of our foundation clubs, Fawkner Amateurs, as our senior team will wear a reproduction of their original playing jumper for the huge clash, in the first edition of our ‘Honouring the Past’ series.

Juniors Round 6
Our junior fixture, has been finalised.
Our juniors go around the grounds with our 8’s and 10’s mixed kickstarting the day with 8:30 double headers at Ascot Vale and Maribyrnong Park, then our Glenroy 12’s and 14’s are at home to Tullamarine and Moonee Valley then our under 16 boys face Maribyrnong Park at 2:15 as well.
Our under 16’s girls get the rest, after an arduous month, who’ll enjoy the bye to regroup.

Northern Saints take on Burnside
A huge day of footy awaits tomorrow at Burnside Heights Recreation Reserve as our Northern Saints take Burnside Bears in all 3 matches.
Our 18.5’s look to repeat their round 1 result. We have had mixed results since that match and will look to get their season back on track.
Our reserves will look to consolidate their position in the top 4 as they start to put wins together.
And in the big one, a tricky match up awaits. Both teams will be looking to stay in top 4 contention, in what looks to be a pretty even competition.

1991 Moomba Park Premiership Reunion
This Saturday is not only the first home match for our Senior group, but it will also be the venue for a special celebration, of one of our foundation clubs, Moomba Park.

The long wait is over, and we couldn’t be more excited. This Saturday, fresh off their convincing win against Burnside, our Under 18.5’s boys take on Strathmore 2, as they look to start the day in winning fashion and gather some momentum for 2021.

While our Senior Teams will have to wait until Round 2 for their first game of the year, our 18.5’s boys will get the 2021 Season underway for our club with their opening match against Burnside Heights Football Club
