Connor O’Brien
Connor, aka Norm was his teams captain last year and he lead with distinction. He possesses all the qualities a great captain should have; he leads by example, is always encouraging, positive, courageous and fair. The club is excited to see young people such as Norm come through the junior program, and hopefully become a senior player in years to come.

Nickname and why? “Norm”. Given after my performance in our Cricket A Grade U16’s McCabe shield victory in 2019.
Preferred position? Centre or half back.
Weird rituals before or during a match? I don’t eat before or during a match.
Favourite ever AFL footballer and why? Luke Hodge because he’s a great leader and a smart footballer.
Biggest influence on your football so far? Coach Bob
Favourite football memory? U15’s premiership in 2018.
Best player you’ve played with and against? Best player I have played with was either Samuel Kosmak or Sammy Valensisi. Best player I have played against is Zac Taylor.
