Welcome Teresa D’Angelo

It was a fantastic weekend for our sporting precinct over the weekend, with some huge results going our way.

And it was even better news that a Womens Champion player has joined the clubs coaching ranks.

Teresa D’Angelo joins father Vic as they will share coaching duties of our girls under 16’s team.

Teresa has a list of achievements as long as her arm, some of them including;

- senior footballer since 2015 for La Trobe University

- Finished 4th in the leagues best and fairest count (only 4 votes from 1st)

- Represented Vic metro

- played numerous games for league rep footy

- club secretary for La Trobe.

With credentials such as these, Teresa will be a massive boost to our girls program and hopefully one of our pioneer women’s team members in the not too distant future.

Training for our girls is Monday’s and Wednesday’s from 5:00.

Any new girls welcome to a fun and encouraging environment, even if you’ve never played the sport, please come down and give it a try.
