Warren (U10s) Coach's Comments
Great game,the boys did themselves and their coaches proud.
A great speech started our day by Mohhamed, our captain for the day.
I asked our team to concentrate on three things for the day. Keeping your feet,kick long out of the centre and attack the ball.It was evident from the bounce of the ball that our boys were determind to do well.
Matty lead the way with great suppport from his team mates. We may have lost on the scoreboard but they were winners to myself and all the supporters who came out to support them.
I look forward to continuing improvement that we are seeing each week.
Round 5: To all under 10 players on a really great effort on Sunday.We were behind all day but showed determination to keep going. Great highlights with Will Hoare kicking a wopper of a goal,Thomas R taking a speccie and kicking his first goal and taking home the cash courtesy of a very proud mum. Jordan also took a courageous mark in the last quarter and finishing with a great goal.
Also special mention to Ismail for all his hard work during the day. Crunch time in the last quarter,surrounded by three Jacana players, Omar courageuosly made the tackle of the match which kept us in the game right up to the final siren.Keep up the good work Omar.
Every week we come out and keep improving and thats what is important,we are learning and having fun.
